Routine
(1) Suryanamaskaram
(2) Pranayamam Daily Morning (Bhastrika most important)
(3) 32 ounces distilled warm (on stove) water with lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, pure honey, turmeric.
(4) Meditation 20 minutes morning
(5) 20 minutes rebounding
(6) Vegetable Juice (Red Apple, Carrot, Beets, Cucumber, Celery, Grapefruit - minimum)
(7) 6 soaked almonds from before night
(8) After 1/2 hour breakfast
(9) 2 hours after breakfast no water
(10) Lunch
(11)2 hours gap
(12) Dinner (steamed veggies, soups, or lighter lunch)
(13) 2-3 hours gap after food before sleeping.
(14) Triphala 200 mg daily before sleeping.
(15) Chitrak-Adhivati 200 mg after lunch and dinner.
(16) If no meditation in morning, night before sleep
(17) Legs on top of wall for as long before sleep
(18) Food massage before sleep (optional)
