Store bought Ice cream contains various chemicals and anti-freeze which harm your body. Try the following recipes.
Pre-requisite: Freeze the bananas cut into pieces.
Either buy frozen blueberries and cherries or freeze them.
Ingredients:
Either serve them in small cones or a bowl for a yummy tasty and healthy Ice cream!!
Try various variations of the above ice-cream:
White ice-cream : Coconut milk and bananas (avoid blueberries and cherries)
Pink ice-cream: Strawberry (avoid blueberries and cherries)
Yellow ice-cream: Frozen Mangoes (or pineapples or jackfruit)
Add more water to get kids to get used to smoothies before adding in spinach ;)
