How I got rid of H. Pylori

Earlier last year, when I was working in a Gym Kids club, I got infected with H. Pylori. Following is my journey through the process of diagnosis and healing myself in natural ways instead of antibiotic usage.

Initially I started to feel a mild stomach pain, which comes and goes on and off. I was planning on visiting a doctor but the appointments were hard to get. I started to diagnose myself. I fasted for a day and realized there is no pain. Then on consuming food, the pain is more when the food is more. Furthermore, I realized the pain started after 45 minutes of eating. On extensive research, I found out that the timing makes it a duodenal ulcer and it is mostly caused by H. Pylori bacteria.

It took 10 days to get an appointment and forcefully getting the doctor to test for H. Pylori which was positive. I was prepared with a plan to combat H. Pylori having decided not to take the proton pump inhibitors or the antibiotics which the doctors suggest which may or may not work always.

During the extreme pain time, when I was still not diagnosed, I used to just drink vegetable juices throughout the day for atleast 10 days. I was pretty sure, the supplements above helped me in healing my gut lining for my ulcerative colitis too. After the diagnosis, I pretty much ate and drank everything that kills H.Pylori until the pain subsided. In 2 months, I got retested to get a H.Pylori negative.  Success! I then realized, we can cure naturally without antibiotics and defying the doctor too.

Supplements:

Very Important
Probiotics (Prescript Assist) - in the afternoon - (once a day)
Mastic gum (1000mg on empty stomach in the morning and  at night)
Matula tea (2 times a day)

Soothing to the Gut
DGL and L-Glutamine (Heartburn Tx) - 1
tablespoon - 3 times a day
Slipper Elm Bark (1-2 hour after food or supplements intake)
Triphala (Indian ayurvedic medicine)
Manuka Honey (20+) 1 tablespoon a day
Aloe Vera
Vitamin C (Check source below- this is something I did not know when I had H. Pylori, but would definitely look into now. Check Vitamin C Flush blog for more details)

Real Food (Anti-H.Pylori)
Turmeric (Circumin)
Bananas (Atleast 3 a day)
Cranberry Juice (1 cup a day)
Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, Cayenne pepper, Onion, Coconut oil (Include
somewhere)
Green tea
Chamomile tea
Cabbage juice
Lots of water
Olive leaf extract
(Natural antibiotic)
Broccoli sprouts
Almond Milk
Oregano,Fenugreek,thyme, curry leaves
Plums and Berries
Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil
Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar With the Mother
Indian gooseberry
Cucumber
Beets

For those who wants complete doctor guidance, I would suggest visiting a holistic naturopathic for the course. The difference between prescription drugs and supplements is one tries to cure the symptom, while the supplements help in overall benefitting of the health.

For extreme stomach pain, the following can be tried for immediate relief:
Kapalbhati Pranayamam is pretty effective.
Drink raw fresh coconut water
Put hot pad on the stomach.
Drink lots of water, most of the pain is due to the bloating and gas, try to belch.
Instead of sleeping in a curled up position , sit straight up and drink water.
Try getting distracted - watching something or hot water bath

Protein Power Balls

One of the most healthy and filling snacks is the Protein Power Balls. These are almost instant and easy to make and all natural. They contain amazing nutrition benefits with healthy fats and protein. I prefer the following seeds in the preparation of these balls: Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds  Sprouted Sunflower Seeds Hemp Seeds Overnight soaked, slow roasted sesame seeds  Why I do not use nuts? Since they contain phytic acid, and it is not good to eat raw nuts. It is better to soak nuts overnight before eating them. Why I use sprouted seeds? Even seeds have phytic acid, sprouting makes the nutrients in the seeds more bioavailable and easy to digest.  Why did I use raw Hemp seeds? Since hemp is the most easily digestible seeds and does not need soaking. Why did I soak overnight and slow roast sesame seeds? For any other seeds, this is the process I follow apart from the above three. It is just an example. I get the organic sprouted pumpkin and sunflow...
