Alzhiemer's Diet Plan

I wish I had the current knowledge when my Dad's Alzheimer's condition was diagnosed and he still knows what he is doing. Unfortunately, we had to see through his degeneration. My dad is my role model and he would have loved eating all the healthy diet and lifestyle

Without my Dad's support now I realize there is something that can be done to stop or reverse alzheimer's which doctors will not agree. Not until I healed my issues did I trust the alternative treatments.

This is the diet plan I prepared for my Dad who is now in Advanced Stage Alzheimer's. I hope the caregiver - my mom or sisters will be able to keep up with this schedule.

Based on the online research for Basmati rice for Diabetics, there is good chance that Rice for Diabetics has been tampered with. We do not want to mess with nature. Avoid Basmati Diabetic Rice. Protein Power Balls

One of the most healthy and filling snacks is the Protein Power Balls. These are almost instant and easy to make and all natural. They contain amazing nutrition benefits with healthy fats and protein. I prefer the following seeds in the preparation of these balls: Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds  Sprouted Sunflower Seeds Hemp Seeds Overnight soaked, slow roasted sesame seeds  Why I do not use nuts? Since they contain phytic acid, and it is not good to eat raw nuts. It is better to soak nuts overnight before eating them. Why I use sprouted seeds? Even seeds have phytic acid, sprouting makes the nutrients in the seeds more bioavailable and easy to digest.  Why did I use raw Hemp seeds? Since hemp is the most easily digestible seeds and does not need soaking. Why did I soak overnight and slow roast sesame seeds? For any other seeds, this is the process I follow apart from the above three. It is just an example. I get the organic sprouted pumpkin and sunflow...
